Vaccine Injury Pro's Attorneys Richard Moeller and Nikki Nobbe are both members of the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association “VIP.” VIP consists only of members that represent Petitioner's in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. What this means is that attorneys in the VIP Bar only represent individuals that have been injured by vaccinations, when an individual files a claim with the Program, they are identified as the “Petitioner.”
Membership with the VIP provides us with access to other attorneys with similar extensive experience representing petitioners in the Program. Members raise questions, concerns, and share resources via email on a daily basis. The ability to work with other attorneys provides us with information that enables us to advocate even more effectively for our clients. The VIP Bar also raises concerns regarding Program procedures and delays with the Vaccine Court.
As noted on the VIP website, the “VIP Bar's mission is three-fold: First, to empower lawyers in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to better advocate for their vaccine injured clients; second, to work with all stakeholders to better improve the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program so that it might better achieve its mission as directed by Congress, that is to compensate vaccine injured petitioners; and third, to better educate the Bar and the public on the significant differences between the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and typical civil litigation.”
We are thankful for the VIP Bar and the expertise it provides us in serving our clients. If you have questions about the Vaccine Program or our experience please contact us either via email at [email protected] or [email protected]. You can also contact us via the chat function on our website or by submitting a request here.
