HOW AND WHY VACCINE INJURY PROS OFFERS PERSONAL Contact

Posted by Kaitlin T. Boettcher | May 06, 2021 | 0 Comments

In previous posts to our Blog we have reviewed how and why you should contact an attorney if you believe you may have suffered a Vaccine Injury.  We have discussed many of the things we do that we believe might make us different than other lawyers when you may have a claim to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

As a visitor to this site, you can see that we use LIVE CHAT, which allows persons to seek interactive help from us about their situation, 24/7.  We also have Contact pages that we monitor daily.  With either method, after providing just a few details, you will hear back from me or one of my partners, Richard Moeller or Coy Weidner, usually within a few hours.  From that moment on, therefore, you will be communicating directly with a lawyer who may be handling your case.

Then, when you have your first consultation, you will be having a conversation with one of the three of us.  We prefer this method—direct lawyer communication—rather than assigning you to an intake worker or screener.  Our approach allows you to share and us to gather more of the information we need to evaluate your potential claim.  It enables us to explain what a claim for a Vaccine Injury is about and gives you the chance to ask questions that are important to you.

You can contact us about a possible Vaccine Injury by visiting our Contact page. And you can learn more about the VICP and the firm's representation of persons with possible vaccine-related claims by visiting the Vaccine Injury page and other articles in our Blog.

The determination of legal services and the choice of a lawyer are extremely important decisions and we hope this website provides you with helpful information about the type of legal services we provide. A description of a lawyer’s areas of practice does not mean that any organization or agency has certified such lawyer as a specialist or expert.

If you are a potential client, you are urged to make your own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered. In considering a lawyer’s results in published cases or other matters, please be aware that each legal matter is unique and that prior results may not be representative of all matters undertaken by the lawyer and you should not rely on prior results being indicative of future success in similar matters.
